Looks like they allow FTP Access so that is the quickest, easiest way to get your files online and be able to add/delete folders/files from the FTP program. Also, you can CHMOD the folders/files as need be via the FTP program.

FileZilla is free to use.:

Just enter the FTP address, UserName and Password given you. The last two are what you were given to allow you to log into your Control panel.
